We collect very little, and we keep it that way. This page explains what we receive, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you visit this website

• We don't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and the site has no forms.
• The page remembers your language choice (English or Spanish) in your own browser.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
• The fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

When you buy a planner

• English purchases are made on Payhip, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We receive your name, your email address and the details of your order. We never see your full card number.
• Spanish purchases are made on Etsy, which shares the order details we need and follows its own privacy policy.
• We use this information to deliver your purchase, help you if something goes wrong, and keep the records that tax rules require.

When you write to us

Messages sent to [email protected] are forwarded to our email inbox (Gmail). We use your address and your message only to answer you.

What you write in the planners

Everything you type in your planner is saved in your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and we can't see it or recover it. That's why each planner has an Export button for backups. The tablet version works the same way: it loads from our website, but your entries stay on your tablet.

How we use and share information

• Only to deliver what you bought, give you support and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We'll only send you news or offers if you agree to receive them, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
• These services handle it for us: Payhip (store and downloads), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Etsy (Spanish shop), Cloudflare (website and email forwarding) and Google (fonts and email). Each one follows its own privacy policy, like Payhip's.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep emails only while we need them to help you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you. Just write to [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our planners are made for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
